You are in not allowed to give access to your site to others outside of family members and close friends. Commercial use of any part of FamilyTogether is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate any accounts or services at any time. Any violation of this license will result in termination of your membership and may result in legal action for any damages incurred. User Provided Content All content of family websites that are provided by the members of that site are not the property of FamilyTogether. User provided content belongs to the submitter or original creator of the content. FamilyTogether reserves the right to delete any content that it deems, to be illegal, obscene, racial, unethical, or defamatory. Membership Fees Service is paid one year in advance. The year starts on the date that you enroll. There is no charge for cancellation of service. There is no refund for remaining service. To cancel your family site you must send a cancellation request via email. Privacy Any information submitted to FamilyTogether is subject to our Privacy Policy.
